Loving my 120d so far , any suggestions for styling ? As well as is it worth tuning it ? And where should I go for upgrades in Cape Town

Razzi, meybru.. Welcome, again.
Have a look at the comment below on your other thread for styling suggestions, also check with @Firi@Rennzport to see what they may have for your car:
Definitely mod the car, the Down Pipe is beneficial for your turbo and software will allow you to switch off the EGR, which is ultimately better for your engine's longevity. The added power is just a bonus.
Do a search on the forum as there is extensive information available, you just need time to search and read through it. :thumbs:

thanks again bru, i did have a look quite alot to go through , in terms of performance i was thinking of the chip just to increase power and KW , thoughts ? your advice is greatly appreciated.

Personally I prefer the software route as it allows more tuning options vs a chip. The only benefit to a chip is the ability to remove it and reuse/sell it. Also have a chat to @Twinz, he has experience with the Race chip.
Have a chat with some of the tuners on the forum and decide on the best way forward. I know ATM in Cape Town do some great work on diesels.

I've got a set of msport side skirts for you 
also, a tune is vital, i had a stage 2 tune, dp and straight pipe on mine. was very fun. still miss it. and if the car is auto, the xhp gearbox flash is vital! made a world of difference on mine

shot bro, i have it under warranty currently so cant do anything internal , thanks for the sideskirt offer, might take you up in the future
