* On arrival at Motorlease, or the Engen One Stop, you will be presented with a “goodie bag” containing gifts from our sponsors as well as meal coupons and your entry tickets which will be prepaid by Motorlease and its sponsors.
* There will be a number of lucky number draws throughout the morning, so hang on to your entry number. Our sponsors have donated some amazing prizes including 2 x Samsung ES95 Cameras and numerous other fabulous prizes.
* Please bring along your own picnic blankets/camping chairs as well as any fun activities for your children.
* Attendance is limited and is on a “first come first serve” basis. Your spot will only be booked once we receive proof of an EFT payment (bank account details attached). RSVP by the 19 march 2014.
* Our charity initiative for 2014 is to supply stationery to Montagu’s Gift Primary School. Please help us support this very worthy cause by bringing along any items of stationery. Collection bins will be located at the check in points.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE VENUE :
RULES AND REGULATIONS : RIVERSIDE EVENTS
•Picnic and braai facilities available. Lots of open space with lawn and shady trees.
•Play volley ball on” beach” or on lush lawn (Bring a ball).
•800m of Berg River frontage. Swimming in the Berg River is allowed but done at your own risk.
Please do not take any tins/bottles or plastic near the river.
•NO vehicles may enter the picnic grounds.
•Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages along. Restaurant is closed.
•Convenient store supplies: wood, snacks, ice creams, cold drinks, ice etc. (No alcohol)
•Gazebo’s and umbrellas allowed – no tents.
•NO music and NO animals allowed.
•No fishing permitted.
•Wristbands must be worn for the duration of your visit.
•Parents are expected to exercise control over their children’s behaviour at all times.
•Anybody found violating any of the regulations or being a nuisance to fellow visitors will be
asked to leave immediately and forfeit all fees.
