Fer feck's sake, bought my Cooper S on the 18th May as well as 2 year extended warranty for almost R7k.
Had the vehicle serviced last night and today try to fax the receipts to Motorite. None of the fax numbers work. So I phone customer service and they give me another fax number. Also doesn't work.
Phone customer service again and quote policy number and licence plate, only to be told policy not on record. E-mailed Autowhore Angel and requested a refund. Lets see what happens next.
If this is how the warranty starts out, how will it possibly end?:cursin:
