Sent in my car, an E46 Touring to these guys after it had been standing for a year, after giving endless problems for months.
Not only was I kept up to date throughout the repair process, but I also got the car back this past Friday as promised, with all issues sorted out in only a week. Kamal even waited for me way after closing time, so I could get the Beemer.
Heard a few strange sounds, and globes warning lights come up over the weekend, phoned Moto-Technik, who asked me to bring the car in. They replaced the globes, sorted out the strange sound (turned out to be a loose battery clamp) and took a quick test drive just to make sure everything was okay!
