A mate of mine recently picked up a 328i. We spent the whole of last week getting the car set up and dialed in (suspension arms, camber plates, alignment, etc) pretty much the same as my car, maybe even a little better in some areas after learning a lot with my own car. He just needs to order some more parts.

Decided to do a proper 300km run through the mountains. Car is solid and he is super stoked with how it drives now. Safe to say we've figured out a proper recipe for these cars.

I secured a tender.. to switch the lights on everyday at my local municipality offices.

Jokes aside, its quite nice to drive.
I did a round trip to Clarens over the weekend. The 140kw powered V250d munches up the miles effortlessly but overtaking on an incline can be an issue. The 174kw V300d must be nice.

Pity they ditched the 6 cylinder for the V300.

My ex boss had a Viano 3.0 V6 CDI and that thing used to fly!
