more love for diesels in Jozi than CPT?

It seems like the guys in Jozi have more love for the diesel BMWs than the CPT guys...i wonder if that is true & if it is because you guys generally travel further with the daily commute. i haven't done a survey so can't say for sure but just based on the forum & fellow BM friends in CPT.

Think it is as you say, distances travelled up here versus CT, as well as the fact that NA petrol cars perform sweetly at the coast whereas up here the turbo diesels most of the time will easily out perform a comparable petrol car.
