Minor things I need help with

So as the subject explains I`ve found some stuff on The Witch I need some help and advice on.

Firstly my passenger window kind of decided to work properly, it only moves a inch or so at a time, up and down.

Secondly my driver window keeps on falling forward for some reason. I`ve adjusted the arms on the mechanism and it worked for a while but started doing it again.

Then my steering wheel is acting up, When turning it feels real stiff and almost feels like its getting stuck, then it jumps. It started only to the left, but last week it started to the right as well.

Then how do I stop the swinging from left to right on the brake and clutch pedals? Been there since I bought the car so have gotten used to it, but I dont think it suppose to be like that.

on the first point, had similar issues on my E36 many years ago, turned out to be dry solder joint inside the relay...relay situated behind the passenger glove box....apparantly a common problem on E36.
remove window solenoid, go over all the soldered joints with a soldering iron and solder...solved (I think)

on the 4th issue, probably worn and elongated hinge pins and locating holes....would need to see it to comment

Sounds like a big job to get to it.

on point nr 4 I was told it is the hinge points but apparently it is a massive issue to replace them due to the whole pedal needs to come out. :dunno:

1/2 hour work to disassemble the glove box when experienced, maybe 1 hour to disassemble thru trial and error..I have the Haynes maintenance manual for the E36, so locating the correct relay is quick.
A warm soldering iron and some good solder, 10 mins to go over all the soldered joints...then reassemble.

on the pedals..cannot comment until seeing it physically

Re the steering thing, sounds like valves sticking in the steering rack, best to rebuild it, but may come right with a fluid change and flush out. Good luck!
