Time Trial Track Groups
• Cars are will be grouped in 3-4 separate Time Trial track groups based on vehicle performance and in most cases driver skill. These sessions will be reserved for Time Trial cars only. There might however be the odd Race Car featured where a track day sponsor or club partner will take their customers around for a few hot laps.
• Please stick to your session unless otherwise arranged, you will ruin other participants runs if you jump around the sessions.
• A session board at the pit exit will indicate the currently running session and the marshals will not let you out if you go out in the incorrect session. You will have your session number on the top right of your windscreen, above the driver?s head.
• Session 3/4, being the slowest session, will also host all the novice and first time drivers. It is advisable that novices take other experienced drivers with them during their first run out.
• Each session lasts 15 minutes with a maximum of 20 cars per session.
• Cars are set off from the pit exit in 3 second intervals to ensure that you have a clean run and to ensure safety.
• No overtaking through corners!
• Please do not dive bomb or hassle the BMW Driver Training and Bridgestone hot lap cars as they will be full of passengers.

I'm actually there this coming Sunday for some 'free practise', so gonna skip the official event.

Dig the track, although entry into corner 1 is a bit of a bitch, potholes on the braking line... The way I see it, you either miss it by going too wide or too tight, or straight over and unsettle the car, decisions decisons.

Also bumpy round the back somwhere, can't remember where exactly now, but not as bad as turn 1.

Please post some laptimes after the event.

Seeing that Midvaal is practically on my doorstep, I'll come and have a look.

Won't be participating though, 318i is too slow and the Lumina is too heavy.
