actually less as the pretoria guys are meeting up at club motors at ten.
wife is taking her laptop and will do a couple of posts during the run,but wont be able to post photos
we were basically harrased by the saps,lucky coisman was there to sort out.
they complained about some one reving there motor,as he came off the highway
so guys going to go and put petrol in then on to club motors.
will see everyone later.

Ok, so for the guys that are not on the midnight run, the guys from Pretoria are currently on their way from Fountains to Maxis. We are approximately 14 vehicles. Having fun already and keeping to the speedlimit like law abiding citizens

Please come and join us guys. We last counted 94 cars. We are currently on route to our next destination - the Shell Ultra City North. If you get there and it is quiet we are still on our way. you will definitely see the BMW invasion. Now taking the N12. Sorry I don't have pics or videos at the moment as I'm updating as we are driving but the pics and videos should follow later in the morning.

Just got home, only did first half of the run.
It was brilliant and a lot of fun.
I would be keen on getting some pics from the event if yo guys could send them to me, I will add my email addy.

Amazing run as always. Had a lot of fun, got some amazing vids from the go pro and the film camera, will cut something cool together soon. EPIC EPIC NIGHT!!! LOVED IT!!! raise:
Now for the bad news....
On the way home from the Engen on the R21, someone hit a dog on the highway, leaving it in the fast lane, not sure how many other guys hit it too, but thank goodness we were going at the speed limit. I was one of the unfortunate guys to hit the dog after it was left behind. I was in the convoy with Nic-s and some of the 335's and didn't want to endanger anyone else... took one for the team and went over the dog. I feel gutted... so sad.
I only have light damage to my bumper, its just slightly cracked. Thankfully nothing else happened. Sump is fine, car still drives smoothly. It was at the section just after Barbara offramp where the bloody highway lights were off. Why are the lights off at these sections? Only saw the dog at the last minute.
Thanks Ga-3M for stopping to check on us, we got home safe, seems I'll be paying leonard a visit soon to fix the bumper.
