Measure Codes

Hi Guys

Need some assistance as my brains are getting fried ,,, i took my car to BMW to have it checked (Heard a weird noise when driving in the engine) the guy takes the key plugs it in and BAM a report pops out he looks at it and nothings wrong and then hands me the report he printed out so me (No Mechanic) says ok and jumps in and goes home ... Finally i reach home and i turn to the second Page on the report and DAMN WTF !!! there 3 measure codes that need attention and 20 other faults which is noqw driving me nuts and making me stress the hell out !!! so i take the car to the next BMW and the guy says the exact same thing so i tell him about the measure codes and all he says was dont worry its nothing MAJOR ??? but the car goes perfectly fine its just a huge worry that maybe it could become a problem in the near future ...

Any Advise on what may these codes be and whats going on ...

Maybe gives us the codes or even post a pic of the report so we can inspect and give you the fanatic review of it and not those BMW, I don't want to do anything, attitude view.

rather get all the errors cleared, then drive the car for a slight bit ( 1 Week or so ) then get the car read again


these might be historic errors just sitting there, a weird noise can be belt of pulley related, rather seek a second opinion as well...
