Found this on 1Addicts...

All I can say is  ... Except for the rims of course..

How would the upkeep on a complete vinyl car be? I know if one section scratches, you can just replace that section of vinyl.. But you reckon more upkeep is needed than normal?

Wonder how mine would look matte white :):mmm:

What would it cost to wrap a whole car? and how would it last?

I got a quote for wrapping my 328 from Graffiti last week, and they rekon about R10k! :dropjaw: As for how long they last - depends on the quality of the vinyl, but anything from 3 to 7 years I have read....

10K not too bad. compare that to a respray.

graffiti is probably overpriced too, they are an ad agency after all.
you can probably get someone with better skills for less

I hear ya Kabal, but right now 10k is a swearword to me. :cursin:

Who else in Jozi does this sort of thing? Fanatics?

hmm, this is acctually quite a good idea... I might do this to my E39, just to see what some other colours would look like.. I'm pretty damn sure it won't cost anything near 10K tho...

I reckon it will be close with labour.. Takes about 2 days to do the whole vehicle from what i've heard.
