Magneto's F30 330d

So have taken delivery of my F30 330d. Traded in my 2011 135i DCT. Was selling it on the forum for R260k. Dealership now selling it for R299,900 although probably with new tyres. Loved that car.

Anyway, onto new things. Will post some pics of my 330d this weekend. Have to say, first impressions going from a 135i to a F30 330d - The 330d is every bit as fast as the 135i. I do miss the sound and the gurgle of the 135i, but the 330d is just overall a much much better package.

The 330d is fast, very economical, comfortable, spacious, and good looking. Highly recommend it.

This is what I plan for my car.

All decals should be matte black finished. I don't like mixing gloss with matte with carbon. Still deciding whether the bottom lip should be white or black. Splitters will be black matte. Perhaps black out the mags

This with photoshopped black wheels. They will probably be glossier.

Congratz on the new ride and please keep us updated wrt fuel consumption figures and TLGP stories that you might encounter.

Looking to upgrade to one of those 330d's as well next year.

I will also do the mirrors but probably with plastidip. If it looks ugly I will look at alternatives.

I was unsure about gloss or matte. Decided on matte, hope I dont regret it. I do think its important to match all the decals though

I did gloss all round because of the gloss kidney grills so everything matches up nicely.

Congrats on a stunning BMW. As a "tractor" fan, im very impressed with the F30 330d over the E90. The E90 has excellent modding potential, event though its capable in stock form, i cannot wait to see the F30 330d's perform once modded. Will be a force to reckon with i say.
