MAF Sensor Replace or Spray?

Bought a second hand MAF Sensor about 3 years ago. Seems its giving problems. Diagnostics throws errors, car feels 'heavy' and fuel consumption up.

Should I even bother with something like Liqui Molly Cleaning Spray or should I rather just replace.

Spray = R95.00
Sensor = R1300.00 (Not from Dealers)

Lets pay R45 each and and buy the cleaner....if all fails...we buy sensors....:rollsmile::rollsmile:

Seriously its frustrating having to switch the car off and on again to get the power back

Im buying the Cleaner this weekend....

I have a bottle of cleaner I bought when I had the e39. Pop in, lets give it a clean and see what happens.

Seems logical, try the spray first if that doesnt work then get a new MAF.

If the spray does mess up the sensor more then ill just have to get a new one.

Anyone know if the Bosch MAF is good? I know Bosch make good products. Think the OEM is Siemens?
