After ± two years of contemplating all the factors such as purchase price, diesel / petrol, X3 or X5, starting all over with a new purchase contract, etc., etc.:idea: - I have eventually done it!:thumbs: I have sold the roll over Tuna:yuck:, and settled for a X5 3.0d Exclusive.:bravo: Finance were approved in a jiffy:ty:, now the wait for delivery!:fencelook: I cannot wait to hook up the Penta on the back of this brute:joy:, and experience the bliss of towing with such an excellent vehicle!:tease:

When are you getting the car?

Hopefully before the weekend:roflol:. I still need to make arrangements for collection, since the car is in Randburg, and I reside in Polokwane. However, I look forward to the trip home, playing with all the bells and whistles!raise:

For one, once a BMW owner, it is hard to be satisfied with any other attempts of mobiles on the market. And then, it is better to stick with the devil you know. The outgoing model of the E70 had been tried and tested. For the Merc and Audi owners, good for you, maybe you see the light one day.

I'm at the point where the smaller body of the X3 had preference, but not being able to buy new, the previous shape do show signs of age. The X5 on the other hand, still has similar lines, with a few cosmetic tweaks here and there. :=):
