M54 2.5 in an E36 323i

Hi Guys

I'm considdering replacing my std 323i motor (blown gasket). I have found a M54 2.5 motor in excellent condition for a good price.

I can have the engine fitted but my mac isnt able to do the electronics. Anyone know what this would cost and someone reliable and reasonable that can do this for me? Is overhauling my std engine a better option or should I considder the M52 2.8 motor?
