m53 328 headers on a z4 3.0L

hey guys, i know i might get flamed for not using the search option but i dont really have time right now.....my question be this:

Ive been reading a little bit on the guys using the m52 328i headers on the m54 3.Ol engines. Will this fit the 3.0l motor in my Z4 and is it a direct bolt on? what mods are needed....and will the ecu not throw errors due to the cats not being present...and final question(i hope)...what power gains are we looking at?

check to see if the e46 330i header has the same part number... if it does the 328i header should clear the steering rack also

it will bolt to the engine but you need to make a short extension for it to bolt to the rest of the exhaust...
