M52B30 Conversion

What tuner out there can help with my intended conversion

M53B30 bottom end with M53B28 head
Any suggestions on gearbox (was thinking E36 328i gearbox / E36 M3 gearbox)
What else needs to be changed besides the motor & gearbox
Might even just get me a E30 instead of the E36 (still deciding):argh:

N/A for now will probably boos after a year or 2

I Would recommend the following route

E36 328i block 330i internals (328i block is aluminium) E36 325i non Vanos head as you can rev it much higher without having Vanos issues.

Forced induction

E36 325i block (cast iron and handles boost and heat better) 330i crank and forged internals. E36 325i non Vanos head.
