This made me lol.... If you're concened about the cost of the fuel its going to drink...this project is not for you. ;)

It is not exactly like an e60 M5 is frugal to start off with.
So what is the difference between 5km/l now and 4 after the SC??
If fuel consumption is an issue for you, you bought the wrong car!!!!

Dude, its not the cost of fuel, it's the distance travel before refill, I don't want to stand next to the road begging for fuel, unless you offer to be on standby :rollsmile:

in general when boosted the car will use the same fuel when driven normally but if you drive harder it will eat more fuel... chances of you wanting to drive it normally are minimal :rollsmile:

SC kit adds extra losses, she will be heavier even if driven pseudo economically, if that is possible. :thumbs:

losses are minimal at best with a proper bypass system... just turn your AC off the cancel out the losses :rollsmile:

I am very interested in this. Was doing some research on supercharging my E63 M6 as well.

Whacko, keep us posted on what you find. I have been talking to RGM and received a quote but you dont want to know the price :fencelook:

So for now, I am gona do the stage 1.
