M4 wrecked to many pieces. Must have been doing crazy speed for this to happen

Ive seen a few of the In Car videos t this incident.
Seems they were drinking and driving, the driver was the one holding the phone while videoing the high speed driving, and one hand on the wheel.
It was clearly visible that the passenger had a draught in his hands, the rear passenger was loudly cheering the driver on.
I think it may have been a case of showing off after a drinking session, then all got into the Car to fool around.
In all honesty, stupidity and arrogance was the clear winner in this case.
Alcohol, showing off and inability are not be mixed with the stupid driving seen in the video about the car and its occupants.

It is very sad, I think maintenance also plays a big part here, just look at those tyres they are very bold, not sure how those kept that much power on the road

Also saw the vids. Just because you drive a fast car, doesn't mean you can drive. I actually think all manufacturers should include a driving safety/high speed driving course when selling a vehicle over X amount of HP.

I have zero sympathy for those that drink and drive / those that drive like this on public roads. You make your own destiny and most of the time you get what you deserve.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the families they've left behind that have to now pick up the pieces and deal with all of this.

Like Nick said. Thank goodness no innocent bystanders were caught up in this.

Apparently they were racing a Golf 7 GTI, geeze how do you drink and drive let alone racing and why did the driver be the one taking a video? Very irresistible.

With any high performance car you need to respect it and have the skill to control it. Also you need to know when the road permits you to drive fast. :dunnoanymore:

all that I have determined from the pics is that the carbon fibre roof and boot spoiler did not get damaged, very good quality, definitely oem.

Pretty sure if you buy a new AMG & M that is exactly what you get.
