Twinz/Revo has got software as well.

Will the car give any trouble if the service warning is not reset ? I know some of the other manufactures gives some K's after your service interval and then you can't start the car.

just go for it bud...these cars are absolute gems, i have 4door & i don't regret it. parts can be expensive but remember its an M3, do your research & don't be afraid to spend its all worth it! :thumbsup:

[ok firstly make friends with someone that works at bmw , helps alot.
my motorplan ended at 150000 the started paying, paid for inspection R3200 at dealer car no on 177000 tried getting an apiontment but these guys are so busy with all the new shapes never saw an e36 in the workshop i visited.
i decided to takle this car on my own .
oil service R400 for oil filter washer and air filter from dealer, R380 * 2 for castrol edge 5w-40w from makro this is original bmw spec oil for this car.
microfilter R 195 and fuel filter R500 from delaer .
check car as per list on internet and in manual.

ok extra i did clutch went R 2500 from winbrake and R1700 labour duncan ross cluth will last minium 100000kms .

will post full price when i do inspection 2 at about 189 - 192
my car needed service every 10-12 thousand kms.
just remeber i read on internet and do it change oil anf vanos filter every 5000 kms .

forgot to mention bought carsoft 6.5 for r1900 nice piece of software works with laptop and cool for all 1998 models upwards.
reads diagnostics and resets service

it isnt bad, tunetech in jhb reasonable, bmw dealerships send some of their repairs there, bmw only replace!
