technical M3 E36 97' ABS Ligt

Hallo guys. I am new to the forum.
I own a E36 M3. I don't drive the car much, some weekends or so. Mostly stays in the garage.
The other day the ABS Light came on. My friend says his car does the same when the brake fluid is low.... Brake fluid level is OK.
I check and cleaned the sensors on the wheels butt no luck.
Any help would be appreciated or recommendations where I can take the car to for diagnostics. I am in Pretoria.

Hi Modocrat. I will take some more pics and share.
I try to keep car in top condition. My friend found the car in Cape Town, was an old toppies car and very well looked after.
I did some work replacing the rear window rubber and door handle rubber and had all the dents and scratches removed.

did you clean the brake sensors or the wheel speed sensors ?
