m235i jb4 issue (Please help)

I have an issue with my m235i, when I install my jb4 unit after a few days its comes up with errors, all the lights on the right side of the car dont work, except the head light. the indicator, fog light, break light and indicators don't work.
When I take the software off the car is fine with no issue, does anyone know what this could be.
I've thought maybe it was a pin thats come loose, as it only happened after a few days, I haven't had a chance to check it yet but i'm going to check it do that today

I could be wrong but sounds like there is a problem with the canbus wires. Perhaps one it making proper contact or has come lose.

Re-Check your wiring, The Plug Connections.
Make sure they line up, there is a guide on the side of the molex if memory serves.
