technical M20b20 stroker build questions

Hi Everyone welcome to my post, so I have some questions with regards to my e30's current engine which is a m20b20

I don't want to do a engine swap and would like to improve the power of the current engine, if I wanted to build a stroker with the m20b20 as the base what would that all entail and would I need to get a 325 cylinder head to get the best out of the bottom end improvement or can I keep the 320 head and just do some work to it?

You need a 325i block, cannot use the M20B20 Block
