quite a strange video. doesnt make sense.

i saw the m135i get trounced by the rs3 in a short sprint.

i also saw the 1m get beaten by the rs3 in a short sprint but not by much.

the 1m and m135i should be just about even in the short sprint with the 1m taking it as the speeds increase.

just shows that so many factors come into play or its :bs: as rooi_willie says

Thanks for clearing, I was under the impression the M135i may have come with both. :thumbs:

However, I was joking with the 1M. It's a VW joke, Some manual GTI drivers change gears so fast they reckon they have a DSG "ELBOW" file...

Who cares.. a 1M is a..uhm.. 1M! How's about a video of the first bend on that road?! It'a classic that will ALWAYS be worth twice any M135i because it's special! Try and sell that 135i for R200K more than it's purchase price.. Asseblief tog!! 1M FTW!!!!! Even when it is losing..

This has nothing to do with the re-sale value, exclusivity or anything else...all the video shows is that the M135i puts down the power, whether it's the rwd or awd model.

One can hear very clearly that the 1M is miss-firing. A bent valve or 2 at least! Also very obvious is that the 135 has launched loooong before the 1M. By the glassy look in the 1M driver's eyes, one can see that he has seriously overdosed on some talcum like powdery stuff! How's THAT for objectivity?!
