remember 1 thing you can buy a BMW but you cannot buy service, and thats why i do what i do best and i am successfull at it.....

Hi Nivs,
I disagree with that statement. You buy the car with a motorplan...:fencelook: This motorplan should include the "service", or am I wrong? Yes sure, this is a contract between the owner and BMW SA/BMW dealership and this contract has exclusions and certain rules and guidelines, but it is in essence a service agreement. Or am I misguided?

I just read that thread, I am disgusted in that dealership, the rude arrogance to even threaten the customer for a already broken windscreen on a loan car, after they did not even inspect it when he took it out.

I would have given them a lot of @$%#

I would not touch this dealership or Leo Haese Centurion with my enemy's stick.

hi

when i said service, i ment buy afersales in the sense that if my customer is stuck, and he phones me and tells me i myself will leave whatever i am doing to assist him and even if it means be giving him my car than i would just as long as he is mobile....

bud believe me not that car was taken into our workshop they drain the fuel and put new fuel in it, the vehicle has been running for a week now with no problems.....so what i am saying is that every problem has a solution....you know for a fact as a BMW driver and a owner we have the best motorplan in the business....full maintence, and no audi...merc can ever be match up to a BMW, and that i would say so myself and if anyone would like to take me to task on when i say BMW is the best brand in the world i would step up to the challenge....

thanks bud

For what its worth.
There is at least one BMW dealership which I would not go to in CT....purely because I was disgusted with their arrogance and how (I have seen) how they have treated customers. But the same dealership has a fantastic parts department but its workshop and sales section sucks big time. So strangely enough I do support their "parts department" when i need something.

But the same dealership can change if it is under new management or if it is beter manage...this I believe can be achieved, so I would not give up entirely on BMW Tygervalley...oops sorry there I mentioned the name. :nonono:

bud, I am not saying you don't pay for what you break, that is obvious, is it not? but really now, the windscreen was already damaged, is it then the customer's fault that the crack runs?

I don't expect you to do something bro, just added my 2c
