M Fever

Just thought I would introduce my self here.

I'm a serial M fan. Had an E46 M3 and Z3 M Coupe in the past.

Also owned 540i and 325ix.

I've had many years without an M in the stable due to some very trying times (driving a Renault Clio atm) but yesterday bought a black 2008 E90 sedan. I drove a number of 335i's and toyed with getting a MT and chipping it plus pipes but after the M3 test drive, with my wits scattered over the N1 - I signed on the dotted line.

Correct that was in New Jersey. It's a police state so I couldn't enjoy the cars too much. Now back in SA - Cape Town.

The E46's were only down about 10 or 20 hp from 2000 on in the US IIRC. It was the first time the USA M's started to get an idea of what a 'proper' M was like.
