Has anybody done this on a e90/92/93?

"This raises the usual 250km/h governed top speed to 280km/h in the M3/M4 and 305km/h in the M5/M6, and can either be ordered with a new car or retrofitted. Owners of the previous generation BMW M3 (E92/93) and previous BMW X5/X6 M are also able to upgrade

If the car is out of plan just ask a tuner to lift the speed limiter for you....

if it is still on then BMW is the only official way to do it and keep your plan...

Ok, thanks. Can I assume that a tuner can disable the speed control completely?
I am sure that he can. Or perhaps set it to 400kmh
