Thanks Ratslaaf, I do understand why they full of nonsense about it. I am looking into de-badging my 530d Msport and doing something a little different with the badge on the rear - like dropping the 530 part and just leaving the d with the M badge (considering there are m badges all over the place - wheels, steering wheel, door sills etc

)
Once upon a time you could have a de-badge option of R100.00 with the option of leaving it blank or additional cost of replacing the original with the M badge - and this was only offered on Msport or individual models. Ex used to be a sales person at BMW so I knew about this.
