Lyndhurst auto up to their usual tricks..

The E60 went back to them last week thursday morning.

Was told yesterday it will be ready today at 10.

Go to drop my dad off & the car is out.. he gets car & drives back to work & hears noises coming from the boot.

Checks inside & all the panels in boot is all off..

so he had to go back..

Hopefully they did not wash the car as I had detailed it last week, and put 5 big notes saying "DO NOT WASH" and told them when we booked it in not to wash it

Lyndhurst Auto have all the 'Appies' working there no wonder those technocrooks dont know what they are doing?

I feel your pain, 2 hours wait! I would have lost my shit with them.
I have experienced Lyndhursts useless service too.

And JSN's horrible service

And Auto Bavaria's HORRIFIC service.

Cedr isle Auto, had great service, sure they must have their bad apples too but so far, i am very happy with them! and a few other guys like them as well.:thumbs:

That service sucks. Its a clear sign of a dealership not having any sense of planning, organisational and workshop management capabilities. :nonono:

And we have learnt, do not go back to Lyndhurst Auto and if you do, after getting bad service, dont bother posting it cause its only your fault for going back again:thumbs:

go to the good dealerships as discovered on our forum:thumbs:

i dont bother about convenience when it comes to my vehicles, i learnt that with one dealership and now i have a dealership that is les than 3 km's from me but i drive past another dealership and get to Cedar Isle Auto cause of their service.

if they go the extra mile, then i don't mind going the extra mile also.:thumbs:
