Good Day Gents

I require some help wrt lowering springs.
I am looking for springs for my '11 135i
I have no idea were to begin looking, or what brands to look at:bangdesk:

Requirements:
- BMW approved ( Warranty, motorplan will stay intact:fencelook:)
- 10 - 20mm is adequate for me.

Please help if possible.
I am in durban if that makes any difference:fishwack:

As far as I know the only Motorplan approved lowering springs are BMW performance stuff and ac schnitzer which can be purchased from jsn motors

Alternatively, if your car is not an M-Sport i would consider looking for a set of those, because those are 10mm lower then the standard stuff.

If you are looking for anything else, I would contact moranor at axis for a price on eibach/h&r/koni etc

Had an AC Schnitzer suspension set up on the e92 and yes as far as I know, that's the only bmw approved springs. Not sure who carries them in Durban but you should be able to to source it quite easily from one of the dealers.

As G spec already mentioned, speak to moranor first.Personally I would go with either H&R or eibach, but then again again, not sure about the motorplan implications :yuck:

MP is a problem... you can get your dealer to excl suspension from the MP and leave the rest on MP intact...

AC Schnitzer is the only way you can go lower with full MP... prices are normally quite madd on them though...

moranor at axis is your best bet to advise on the subject

You get the BMW perf springs, they are around R8k if IRC. THey not bad, lowers the car a decent amount. They are on the BMW website, check the American one, they have it there. Can be ordered and fitted locally. Not sure if these are the same as the AC ones!?

You can't even see a difference with bmw perf springs.

ACS is about R4k per set if you need mplan to cover your suspension.
A better option compared to bmw p.
