Lowering springs on 2 series

Hi guys

Just want to know what's available in terms of lowering springs for the 2 series?

If you guys have springs installed please advise on brand, review and a pic if possible.

I might be fetching my 235i next week and would like to purchase a set of springs soon after.

Speak to the dealership, pretty sure they will void your warranty and service plan if you change the springs.

ACS and HnR are your options.

I'm unsure - though it seems that fitment of either will void your MP.

I believe that both offer a 25mm drop - although many people say that HnR is more aggressive looking and lower than the ACS.

Thanks for all the replies guys...
Think I'm going to go the HnR route as I prefer a more aggressive lower stance..

MP should be fine if I put the stock springs whenever the car needs to go in to BMW?

Just a update... Picked up my new ride and fitted H&R 15mm springs as the 25mm was going to be dangerous with the MP front splitter.

car looks great! so you wanted to go the more aggressive look so opted for H&R but then didn't go as low as you wanted because of spoiler, but do you now have to change the springs everytime the car goes in & its the same height as the ACS?

Originally I wasn't going to get the splitter and wanted to go as low as possible.
I changed my mind when I got the car and saw how low the splitter actually was and opted to go the H&R 15mm route instead of the ACS 10mm route as the ACS was almost double the price.

I have spoken to someone that works at BMW and he said I won't have a issue unless I have a claim that's suspension related.. I don't plan on having the car for more then two years so hopefully I don't have any issues in that time, if I do it will only cost me R500 to change which still doesn't justify the ACS price for a lessor drop.

Looks great. Who painted and installed your front splitter?

Isipingo?

The car was done at BMW like that.

I stay in Isipingo. Did you see my car at Durban South Panel & Paint?
