What would you guys suggest? I'm not use to driving high cars and would like to have my mini dropped asap. Lots of people have said I should go for the H&R springs. Suggestions are welcome oh and im not worried about comfort and all tht I just want a platt Mini :)

I have the h&R springs on my car and the ride is still fine. I also found the ride much better with my 18" than with the 17" RF tyres.

I think the mini's suspension is good enough and its standard stance isnt too bad! A decent set of springs would set you back 3k plus excluding fitment, rather focus on performance first :) it does however look nice lowered.

I am busy working a deal for a set of tein springs, currently on my buddy's mini nd the stance is nice. Sits about a inch maybe 1/2 inch above the tyre. He can get the teins for R2500 or R2700 fitted, must just double check tht price but def under R3k. Was thinking of compressing the springs but apparently not advisable on a mini as the front springs only have like 3 coils on the front springs

I slapped on a set of coilovers on mine, but it's quite pricey. I can adjust the stiffness with a dial at the top and set the height + camber according to my liking in a couple mins on a lift.
