Need some help/advise before I book my X5 in. I seem to have a strange problem with the engine fan: The fan seems to come on about 80%-90% of the time, even when the car is cold (i.e. even a few seconds after starting). It is quite audible in normal driving at speeds less than 60.
Car is under MP and I'll make a booking one of these days, but just wanted to check if anyone experienced anything similar.
NB: E70 does not have a heat gauge, so I can't really check temperature, but I know the car is not anywhere near normal operating temp when the fan runs.
