Loose sound going over bumps front suspension

hi guys, i have this loose knocking sound when going over bumps with the indi. i took it to Cedar Isle Auto and they couldnt find anything, and when it did sound the tester told me it was hard but he sound occurs even if i enter my driveway at home and that isnt a hard or harsh bump for that matter.

does anyone know what it could be? how to diagnose it or which dealership and who can i get that can sort this out for me.

Take your indi to JSN Motors and ask John (Workshop manager) to check this out for you. Tell him Mr. Govender sent you.

sound like lower control arms + bushes need replacing

there is just a rubber that needs to be changed on the front suspension, I also had the same problem, and once trip to BMW and it was sorted

What i dont get is the tester even drov ein the car with me, the car was at the dealership for the day and they didnt find anything wrong??? i sometimes get very irritated with these dealership okes!
