Try Goldwagen.

They sold me one about a year ago for R1890 original Bosch part.
You may buy new starter bolts at BMW (they made of aluminum) or try to get ones at bolt and nut place. I just went ahead and used the old ones. Till today they are fine in there.

Putting it in yourself my be a challenge if you not to mechanically inclined or a DIY sort of guy. Also make sure you have the correct tools to do the job.

You need to take off the intake to get sufficient space to work easily.

My old one's brushes wast totally finished.

But i am sure Bosch Diesel electric can refurbish the old one for cheaper.

Thanks bud, i did get the Goldwagen one. It was a PITA to do but neither the less it got done, some vacuum hoses got damaged because they were frail from heat. Car cranked but would start, only to find the CAS unit was faulty. Managed to get that sorted and the car is now driving.

Thanks for the point in the right direction.
