Looking for BMW Technician (2009 x20d X3)

Hi all,

I am newbie on this platform. I would like to ask for help.

Does anyone know of a good BMW technician who can fix my 2009 2ld X3? I suspect its the Transfer case Actuator that needs attention.

I am also looking for a single oem rim for the same car.
