Good morning BMW fans!
My name is Gerco van der Kaaij and I'm currently studying at the University of Cape Town. Our team is conducting a university project dealing with the car accident aftersales market in South Africa. We are looking for people who have experienced a BMW accident and willing to explain us their customer journey (accident occurrence, damage estimation, repair process, insurance, etc.).
Preferably we would like to conduct a quick interview with you, but if you prefer doing it over a chat we are also open for that 🙂
