Loco in Namibia

Took Loco to the Namibian drags. As you can see by the photos, we raced on a dusty street road in the town of Walvis Bay. Ran 8 times, started in the morning with a 12.9 and ended with a 12.67 by lunch time. No cut-up doors, no funny fuels and still 100% street. Who says you need a manual transmission to run good times. SMG FTW!

Outlaunched the quickest Scooby on the day. Who needs 4WD?

This turbocharged 2l 16V champ with Mickey's couldn't believe what just happened.

Times were credible because both Theo and Satish in their SNS Drag Opels ran 11.0's. The car is quicker, stronger, and wheel spins through into 3rd. We're forever improving and the car gets quicker and quicker with every mod.

BTW, not one person knew what a CSL was in Namibia. I also had someone asking if it was in the same price bracket as a 318i coz he wanted to buy one. :)

DAMN! Can you please tell me what mods you've done (engine/exterior/susp) and also are you still on the stock clutch? Did you drive the car down to Namibia or did you trailor it?

I'm going to start my research wrt e46 M3's soon...I'm going to be looking at one in future...

cheers, car looks SICK
