so i had my meeting today and am right back to step one.
the dealer now say the car is starting so they dont know what is wrong
and the report they sent back is that it was only a scratch on the door.
i lost it today and realized
BMW LEO HAESE is useless
BMW SA USE LESS
ombudsman USELESS

so next step get nes papers / internet / LAW firm invoolved

Time to get dealer to put everything in writing . Give them letter asking them to check your car against other car or demo model . IMHO they talk and know that nothing is on paper , lets them off hook . (Tell them you are pissed off , soon they will be pissed on !! :excited
