Launch Control

I Have a 2012 F30 328i and would like to know whether it has Launch Control.

LC is available if your car has the sport auto transmission. Run the VIN and check the spec.

On this topic, does anyone what the limit is for launch controls? Is there a limit? I heard that Golf R's are limited to 200 launches, after which the warranty becomes void.

You can try the sequence and see if it activates. Put the car in sport plus mode. Put the transmission in sport mode (move the gear to the left). Put your foot hard on he brake while pressing the accelerator. A chequered flag icon will appear which says LC active. The car will hold the revs around 3000rpm. Release the brake and you off. :cartel:
