Gentlemen

Kindly note that the first post has been updated, per discussion with the IAHV team, they will be purchasing hampers rather and we do an EFT of R400 per child to their account and once I receive your POP's, I will prepare a recon of who ha paid and submit daily to the finance team.

A recon of their fund expenditure will be prepared letting us know what the total funds in were as well as what the surplus amount is after hamper and party expenses. Surplus funds will be used towards the party as well as a bursary fund will be opened from our funds and will be managed for kids who excel in school that are from this settlement. It is a great initiative so please keep donating!

A reminder to please send me POP's as soon as you have made payment so I can have a recon prepared.
Remember I will arrange S18A certificates for amounts greater that 1k.

Also usage of our funds are carefully monitored, I liaise with the accountants directly.
