white Mk4 is one of my best friends, gt30 in that car :thumbs:
Black Mk4 also big turbo, gtx...stroked etc, broke 3rd gear on the day.

I only had one run, came out a bit sideways on launch but still beat the ABF i ran :thumbs:

Hi guys.

Can someone tell me a little about tarlton. Is it just like kayalmi. Is it also 400m runs. Kyalami S2S hosted by SSC is 330m, not 400m. Tarlton is 400m.

I see everyone saying its at night. Is there enough lighting. Yes, proper lighting.

Someone said they will bring they braai stand. So I am assuming you bring your own coldrinks and food. Are there no stalls. Not sure about food stall, etc. But normally, Friday night, the guys go there to race. Many eat before or after. Not to sure about open flames.

How many fanatics going. I don't like going where I don't know anyone. I feel all alone [color=#0000] You wont be alone, Friday nights tend to get busy.[/color]

I'm thinking of attending. What time is it starting. Gates open 17h00. Racing starts at 18h00.
And where is tarlton. on the R24, halfway between Krugersdorp and Magaliesburg

A friend of mine said they won't allow me to race because I am not registered and I must attend all they functions etc is that true. Can I just rock up and race.

Pleasure dude... AFAIK, you dont need MSA as its Street to Strip. Anyone can rock up and race. I am sure there are contact numbers on their website, maybe give them a call and ask? Let us know what they say.

Funny you mentioned that Dev.

Read on the VW forum some Dude saying he beat an M3 bla bla bla. The other guys then tuned him that the M3 driver is still going home in an M3 and that they want one as their next car.

Seems they still respect the car and love it. Even though they've dropped thousands in their cars to just beat one. People forget the V8 M3 only gets 65% of its power to the rear wheels up here.

Why dont we just supercharge them all. =D

This is why any other car brand owner will compare their car to an M3...

It was a great event, unfortunately, I have no idea what any of you guys look like, so couldn't introduce myself, haha.

I had my first ever run on Saturday, but having no idea on how the challenges and that work, I ended up running against the black caddie. It was really, really fun though! :rollsmile:

The grey wrapped Golf R was really impressive, does anyone know if he has a build thread on one of the forums?

Ha! Ha! Demon? Slightly sideways? Yeah, no, that was properly sideways for a straight line race! Car sounded epic though man. Souls have had a run. Queues were too long though and I was lazy. Ha! Ha! :thumbs:

all i wanted to do is park in the pits so i was forced to have a run. :rollsmile:

I launched at 1500rpm, went well, snapped two and things got interesting :rollsmile: was fun but scary in that exact moment haha
