knocking sound on rear wheel when braking

good day gents
i have a 2005 e46 face lift 318i manual
car drives smooth but as soon as i apply brakes there's a continuous knocking/bumpy sound coming from the right rear wheel not loud enough to hear but u can actually feel it ,it feels almost like theres a tet in my tyre but if it were a tet the knocking/bumpy sound would've been there while im driving ,it cant be the bearing also because it would've also been a continuous sound

so please note it is only there when i apply the brakes

hoping some one here has experienced the same issue and could share some info

Check that your wheel nuts aren't loose.

If its not that pull the wheel off and check if the disk is warped.

Check the meatless on the pad itself.
