My macky is a certified BMW master technician trained in Germany.....he said it's only the second time in his 36 year career (including race cars) that he's seen it. The first time was a project e36 3.2 M3 before it had upgraded tranny.

Macky said he couldn't believe that 1 - my 328 had enough power to do it
and 2 - that i managed to drive the car to him like that

He's in Centurion. It's a little far but well worth getting anything major done by him as you know it's done properly and he is very decent with his prices. Charged me R4200 (incl. parts, labour and VAT) to replace my clutch and sort out my flywheel which had glazed from the heat.
