BMP Design of Tyler, Texas has shoehorned a 310kW Rolls-Royce Allison 250-C20B helicopter engine into the back of a Mini, driving the rear wheels via a separate set of controls. Result: A fire-breathing 465kW, 820Nm, all-wheel drive monster that is only really controllable in a straight line!

the problem with a turbine engine is that they dont change revs easily so not good for a car unless you have some mad gearbox to control your speed...
