JB4 for F30 320i

Hi Guys

As the topic states, has anyone fitted a JB4 unit to their F30 320i? If so was it worth it? How were the gains?

Also, what about plan? Can JB4 be detected even if removed when sending your vehicle in?

I've heard it out is on par if not just above a F30 328.

Apparently can't be detected once removed.

Jb does make a difference.

Jb4 stage 1 will give you around 145wkw mark with no other mods and 95pump. Raced stock 320i and from 2nd it just starts pulling away from stock car.

Jb4 stage 2 which provided canbus integration allows for better boost control. This should provide in region of 165 to 170wkw. Also the torque graph between stage 1 and stage 2 is definatly smoother.

Raced stage 1 agaisnt stage 2 and stage 2 just keeps opening up.

So what would be different in terms of mods between a stg 1 and stg 2 320i?

So there's no recording of higher boost etc when you remove the JB4 and send the car in for services and claims etc?

Currently running JB4 and Downpipes... Extreme gains. Very effective on these cars.

Well I must say...that car holding out a Stage 2 7R is a bit hectic, 7R is a pretty quick little thing on the straights especially.

Id like to see this F30, WDD are you Warren Daniels the owner? When can we see this beast in action please? Would love to see this thing run and also the sound with the downpipe! raise:raise:raise:

Still have doubts about a 7R . Those things aren't bad at all. But kudos to your car man!!!

Where did it say it holds out stg2 7R?

Jb and hardware does wonders on the F30, hit 210wkw on my ex F30 320i. But to hold out a stg 7R......dunno.

As for a stock G7R.. I don't take them on when they launch, few can stick with them just because of the grip, much respect for those cars I have :coolShake:
