Excellent. We have been testing, experimenting and logging as well in Cape Town and Durban. You may need more time for adaptation. I would suggest plug it in, explore all the features, log the various maps...email to rennzport or directly to BMS. Put some Ks on (at least 500) on the map that responds well to the car and based on your logs. If you and BMS are happy with settings then put her on the rollers.

PS. The Jb3 and Jb4 are night and day...

Received 3 jb4 upgrades today, anyone dynod these yet! Mine will be in tonight so ill dyno a otherwise stock car by friday and give some feedback for this at joburg high altitude...

When you dyno it log the waist gate duty cycle and boost and send it to Terry. He can trim the top side of it and give you a map that is more suitable for up here improving the top side of the power curve.

Nice advice George...

Are you still on track with your goals for mid June? I see you got a good response from the US on your times. Keep us in the loop. I have quite a few trips up North and would like to see your 335 running on that day...and give some moral support...and see OB of course

I do have more than enough power to pass that time, the question is the traction. Will play around with a new map next weekend at Sport Compact that has less midrange torque as I am breaking traction on the gearchange. If that does not give me a improvement I will go wider with the tires as long as I do not have to roll fenders. If that fails and my driving has not gotten me there I will run with lighter seats. Weight is the enemy of traction.

Well guys I installed my pin out system last night, pretty easy, just added the power wire and moved 3 wires. Car is on map 1 but will do some logging on map 5 tomorrow with the auto tuning and we'll go from there. Will keep you posted!

Excellent progress. Posting the logs here will not help. I will PM my email and will compare with ligs from laloosh, myself and others. My suggestion is log on map 1, 2 and 5. One pull in third gear on each of those maps are adequate. Look forward to it. Ps. Map 5 is very conservative. Look forward to results

So I did all the logs any everything seems fine for our altitude and horrid 91oct.
Basically map5 is to conservative for our shit fuel so map 1 looks to be much stronger. the logs and terry confirmed what I felt and suggested higher octane fuel for beter results and more boost.
Will dyno on friday to see what numbers jb4 map 1 does on a stock car, then ill put back all the hardware and dyno with 105 to see what we can get from this!!!

The dyno will give you a good baseline then you can build from there. I ran map 5 for a couple of weeks and it tunes the power to high when i dont need it and too low when i do need it. I will wait for map 5 to be finalised by BMS. I am currently running map 7 with boost max at 20psi; which is some serious power. I have only seen 18psi on map 7 with meth & racefuel & of course a 15ohm chip. I dont think the stock turbos can handle more than that....But will see. With nitrous, the low boost map 3 is more than adequate for my needs. Nomercy, Rennzport will be posting you something special to try out and we hope that you too, will be very happy with the addition to your arsenal.

Sounds great, you okes rock, I will be attempting to install my meth kit again with the new coolingmist controller, so I might become a bit of a nuisance but am sure you guy will help me get it right this time.
