I doubt that they would easily notice it cos of its location. If you can test for continuity and see whether it's broken further back or at the connector itself. In most cases the connector can be removed so cleanest would be to replace that one connector pin. No sure now is that oem sleeving is open if it is and you have to splice a wire on then run it in the same sleeving. Just tie up with Terry but I'm sure he is referring to the black wire.

Yes it is the black wire, I would assume its at the connector, but I'm really not good with these kinds of things.

Any fanatic that could maybe assist me in JHB? I will be so thankful to get this problem resolved.
