I just noticed somthing on my x3 today its been dam hot here 37*c in the shade when put the aircon on the engine goes noticibaly louder it sounds like engine lifters like a old diesel bakkie and there is a slight resonating drone in the cabin ...the noise goes away streight away when the aircons turned off .... there is no noise from the aircon itself its normal and everything is running normal .....its like it goes noisy and has a slight lumpy idle although the rpm is normal
And The aircon is. Blowing air ice cold
When its normal temp outside there is no noise and idle is 100%
But this is only occasionaly when the outside temp is above 37*c
