Is it possible? - e36 m3 = 335i

Hey guys, i know that its not for this thread but i cannot yet post in the other thread.

i just wanted to know if its possible that a 3.2 4 door e36 m3 can run with a 335i?

this is because i raced one yesterday and we ran neck on neck. i dont know if the 335i was flat out, it seemed so.

What do you guys think?

On the reef a stock 335i should kill a stock E36 3.2l very easy...

A boosted 335i will be very hard to beat even if the M is modded :thumbsup:

at tha coast its very possible
in fact a mildly modded 4 door ran ahead of my 335i when it was stock.
we ran over 4 times

Keep us posted if this is coming:excited: Saw a 335i last night at modderdam road and a opel corsa with ecotec motor in it pulled with it till third gear and then the 335i started opening the gap.

Stock for stock so much is possible on the road...the e36 M3 is not a slouch even in stock trim so do not under-estimate the potential of your car. You are right when the cars are boosted it is a different ball game.

Hey sounds like heaps of fun!!! I might be in centorion this coming weekend, im not coming with the ///M though but KISH ill bring my Vbox and laptop and we can test both cars in and out!!! ill give you any performance spec you want from 0-100, 1/4mile, 60''feet, 100-200 anything!! can even tell you how much G's your car pull!!
I would love to see how stock - stock do on the 1/4 mile.. have my doubts to a stock E36 M3 coz stock they do between 15.0 and 15.5s 1/4mile "altitude" stock and the 335I between 13.8 and 14.5 stock but all depends on driver, track , weather etc!!
